Wingstop complaint: Poor customer service, need customer training

My complaint:

Today 18 July 21,approx 3:00 PM, placed an online order for a simple 10 pc classicboneless wing combo. $11.90; ready in 16 minutes. Customer service rep look for order, and went to back and said, we couldn’t find an online order, U will have to wait 35 minutes like everyone els.

Went to the truck, got my phone and showed her the ation and pick up time. She walked away with an attitude, talked to some guy, I assumed he was the manager, he was even worst “something g is wrong with our computers, U will have to wait. After showing hi. The email, thought he would moved. E to the front of the line. No, showed me he was in charge. Ask for Wingstop corporate number or any supervisor, he said NO, You will have to find it on your own. I’m not allowed to give it out. The least Wingstop can do is train their customer service rep in bring courteous. U have very good food, but a bad staff today

Suggested solution:

Retrain customer service on courtesy , and symbolic enough to the situation
Try to accommodate customers,when they know there is a problem.
