My complaint:
We eat at this location a lot and the pricing for the all in one bundle on the windows still reflect $19.99 but cashier said my total was 24.xx and when I questioned her all she said was “ well the price is $22.99. I said you advertised price shows $19.99 and she offered nothing to correct the issue. I was going to ask for a manager but I did not want to make a scene. I mention it to another employee and he looked it up on the register and said , that’s the price and I mention to him the price on the windows and he said oh I will tell the manager and that was it. Nothing offered again to fix the issue, I even took a picture of the advertisement and have it on my phone and I attach it below , my receipt is at hime and I am at work, I really feel like we maybe should not visit this location anymore if something is not resolved, thanks you for your time and have a great day, debbie palm
