My complaint:
THEY TOOK £8.25p from mree that the should not have. After 16 E-mails they knew THEY were in the wrong as they checked their TAPESCALL LOGS! Again after a further 10 E-mails they flippently told me..YOUR MONEY will be sent in DUE COURSE, (NO DATE–NO APOLOGY!) NOTHING I AM LEFT IN LIMBO! after spending more that 6 hours on this saga!! Then I norted ( WHICH I DO NOT CARE!) They FROZE MY NEW AC’.. How childish.. ANYWAY All I want is my cash appology now! They indeed to me are HISTORY!
Suggested solution:
GET MY cash to ME! have the decency to actually apoologise!! So TELL ME WHERE MY MONEY IS NOW! 4th SEPT 2021
