My complaint:
I feel that as a customer to a casino site I should have all options available to me. I am being penalised ‘under safer gambling rules’ which means I am never being offered rewards via free games but I am still able to deposit. If your concerned with how I’m playing surely you should ban me not remove any chances to win without depositing.
Suggested solution:
I would like a genuine reason for penalizing me. Not 'under our safer gambling controls' these controls surely are ineffective while I am still able to deposit.
