My complaint:
Spoke to customer service and they won’t refund due to live time gambling after the game kept glitching and playing itself every now and then a message came up and said congratulations £1 and I had over £2700 in my account now it’s gone and it won’t even let me see my winnings in my account just says lots of £5 losses
Suggested solution:
A refund and close my account because I will never use them again good at taking deposits but not so good at resolving there glitches in the game
