My complaint:
I received a 10 pound plus 5 pound free bet email and then they said it was a mistake that’s false advertising and its illegal I want what I’m entitled to and have all the evidence to hand.. Also spoke to there customers service and they said my complaint got thrown out straight away… Not happy can you help… Evidence of email can be given on reques.
