My complaint:
I went to Whataburger on Hewitt Dr. I had to wait because I was told chicken strips are not ready. My son ordered a chicken strip sandwich. I ordered a Burger and my mother a kids meal. Our order was totally wrong. We got 2 chicken strip meals that were cold. There was nobody else at the restaurant at the time. How was our order wrong? I was tired so I did not come back to get the right order. I spent 4 hours at an airport because my flight was late. I was hungry so I ate my cold food. This happened on 25 May at 1130 pm. Or reason for this.
Suggested solution:
My money back. It cost me $30.00 for horrible food. If we had to wait for chicken strips why were they cold. Fries were awful.
