My complaint:
I’m sick and tired of the Whataburger at 5 Points in Pace FL. Their drive thru is terrible.. How hard is it to double and triple check to make sure all the food ordered is in the bags. Once a person pulls away and gets home, only to realize the level of incompetence that happens so frequently by not filling the order all the way, it’s too late. They dang sure are not going to bring the missing food to me, and then I have an upset wife, or kid or whoever. Done with that place
Suggested solution:
They should have an item free day every month. It could come with a purchase and change from shakes to fries to onion rings etc... this item would be free and placed extra on every order.. this would make up for all the people you screw over on a daily basis for the food they dont get but pay for.. You would still be ahead in my suggestion cause way more people get less than more in my opinion
