My complaint:
Hello,
For the last 6 months, every time I have gone to this Whataburger location (which is fairly often), I have tried to order a shake and have been told they are not serving shakes. Every time I have been told a different reason: the machine is broken, the delivery didn’t show up, etc. I’m not sure if the staff isn’t wanting to make shakes or if the machine is actually not working, but either way this should be fixed.
Suggested solution:
Start serving shakes again please
