My complaint:

This location is fairly close to my house so me and my family visit here a lot. Every time me or my family go to this location the staff is very rude when they speak or if they even speak at all. Today I went and I got a attitude from the start as soon as I was ordering then I get to the window and the staff we’re still rude… She told me to pull up to wait on my food but before I could even ask for Ketchup or any sauces she rushed me out and shut the window. My burger was warm but my fries we’re cold and my son did not get the snack that we specifically asked for. Almost everyone I have came in contact with at this location acts like they hate their job and don’t know how to treat their customers.

Suggested solution:

I would like this issue addressed.
