My complaint:

I was just charged $16 for a breakfast platter and two eggs.

The breakfast platter that was ordered is advertised at $4.49 and yet on the ticket it says $8. $1.89 for three pieces of bacon. And $4.48 for two eggs.

Overcharging has become a huge problem with your locations in Tyler Texas. I’ve called and complained at numerous times and yet not once has any of it been rectified. 9 times out of 10 something will be missing on our order or it will be completely wrong. Your employees are rude and unapologetic.

This time I am not going to accept any Oh I will contact the management of that location and let them know. I had a limited amount of money and this was a luxury purchase. But you took extra money that is not legally allowed for you to take and that extra money was to cover my husband’s prescriptions that are due to be picked up today. Now I don’t have that money and you are literally putting my husband’s health in jeopardy.

This is by far not the first time this has happened. We have ordered a double cheeseburger and then been charged $2 for each less of cheese which is listed as being included in the price posted where you order and online by the mere definition of double cheeseburger It indicates that it comes with cheese and that you won’t be charged more for the cheese than you are for the burger that’s supposed to have the cheese included. Your restaurant has become a dishonest business that anybody who works for Whataburger should be deeply ashamed of.

Suggested solution:

They should resolve my complaint by refunding the extra money that we were charged. I have the receipt. I do not have it in my hand because my husband has it over at the house and I'm in my art studio trying to eat this breakfast that I no longer even want but wanted so badly an hour ago. I will be happy to send you a photograph of that receipt later. My husband has it so that he can contact your corporate offices.
