My complaint:
I ordered a bacon cheese whataburger large fries Large Onion Rings Large Strawberry Shake . Online for curbside and when I finished it and I used my debit card it wouldn’t take it . I called to cancel my order and they told me the order didn’t go through and when I asked if they would charge me they said no since the order didn’t go through . However when I checked my bank statement it said they changed me .
Suggested solution:
A money refund or a gift certificate for a free meal would be fine .
