My complaint:
I was trying to Order online from Whataburger and they said that something was wrong with my card and it wouldn’t let me complete my order. And when I called Whataburger which is (210)921-1709 . I asked them if I could cancel my order they said it never went through so they wouldn’t change Me . However when I checked my Bank Statement it said they Charge me . Now Normally I eat there and I have no problems there however I don’t think it’s right to charge me for food I never got .
Suggested solution:
My money back or a gift certificate for a free meal would be good .
