My complaint:
This is the 4th time we have order thru the drive thru or online curbside pick up. Very slow never read or on time sometimes the fires are hot and fresh others times they are cold and stale the drive thru is slow and curbside is even slower sometimes 30 to 45 minute wait. Order is never correct or short any item staff is unfriendly look like they hate working the inside is dirty and unorganized. Unfortunately it’s the close to the house otherwise I go to other one instead.
Suggested solution:
I hope the can get the place more in order more efficient, cleaner and customer friendly as well as speeder service on orders.
