My complaint:
On 531 I went through drive through. 4 cars in front of me. Ordered two whataburger jr. After ordering, waited 45 minutes for food. Stone cold with soggy bund. One bite and into trash. Suggest closing drive through until new process is established.
Suggested solution:
Solve process problem. Cooling burger and then holding 45 minutes is unacceptable.
