My complaint:
The lady told me it would be ten mins to cook one grilled chicken patty and the place was empty so I don’t understand why because it has never taken that long. I believe they have too many kids in there playing (your employees are the kids) and that is why the a simple order cannot be prepared in a timely manner.
Suggested solution:
I have been going here for years and this was unacceptable. You should resolve this by at least giving me a complimentary meal or drink being I went on my lunch break and was unable to get lunch.
