Whataburger complaint: Poor food

My complaint:

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru. First was given the wrong food and let the male know it was wrong and he didn’t have any idea what to do. A female asked what I ordered told her and she disappeared. I was given a bag with a sandwich in it. Drove home (approximately a 7 minute drive) to find a cold sandwich. The cheese had not melted on the burger and the bun was hard and very unappealing. If you are going to charge for items (grilled jalapeno) at least make sure it gets more than four(4) slices of jalapeno.

Suggested solution:

Know what you are doing. Check orders before you hand them out and teach employees portion sizes.
