My complaint:
I called the store about my order being wrong. They didn’t put cheese my fries were cold . They took forever to make my order but brought it to me like it was just sitting there or something.. I was late back to work and my food was inedible. So when I called to ask that she remake the order. She refused to further compensate me for my food. I have never been treated so badly by a whataburger franchise before. I don’t want to feel in welcome at my favorite places to eat.. I never complain but the one time I do I’m made to feel like I wasn’t a valued costumer
Suggested solution:
I think she should be demoted and re trained on how it is to be a real whataburger employee. And just how valuable the customers are to their owners.. and themselves with out our money they wouldn’t have a job. Also I would like my meal replacement because 17$ is a lot of money to hav e to just throw away
