My complaint:
Arrived at the restaurant drive through line at 2:00 pm about 7 or 8 cars ahead of me. It took over 30 minutes just to get to the order speaker. I placed my order and waited another 25 minutes to finally got to the pick up window and the lady tried to give me an order that wasn’t mine. She finally found my order and 55 minutes after arriving I was on my way.? I am 72 years old and have grown up on What a Burgers. I love them but was really disappointed with the service today. Just wanted to report this and hope it does not happen again. Thanks from a loyal customer.
