My complaint:

Today i went through the drive thru and it took 38 minutes from the time i arrived until i received my drink. Normally i would have left but i was picking up food for some co-workers as well. The person working the window was so rude and my food was COLD. This is the 3rd Horrible experience i have had in 2 months. This is ridiculous.

Suggested solution:

Find better employees. Employees that want to work and care about repeat business. We love Whataburger and it is convenient to our work but i dont know if i will eat at this location again if the service remains the same.
