Whataburger complaint: Low quality food and slow service

My complaint:

Drive thru line took about 5 minutes per car, resulting in a 20-25 minute wait from start to finish. Once we did receive order it was incomplete (missing fries), and upon requesting fries we received cold and stale fries that were not worthy of eating. I eat Whataburger several times a month and was very disappointed in the speediness and quality of this experience.

Suggested solution:

Reimburse ordergiftcard for next order.
