My complaint:

I ordered two burgers online, on 113022 at 9:32pm, order 2044714, had to convince my husband because of the first time we ordered from Whataburger, he doesn’t like the buns so I ordered them with Texas toast. The bread was hard around the edges and chewy. The meat was raw, I had to finish cooking mine and still only ate half. My husband didn’t eat but a few bites of his. I got the free fries but couldn’t eat them because they were hard. My husband talked to a manager who told him to come by and they will replace our order. I emailed the manager and asked for a refund which to this day I haven’t recieved, the only problem I have with my bank is the bank cancelled my card that I paid with because someone tried to get money from me. I told the one I emailed my other card number, still haven’t heard anything. I’m on a fixed income and can’t afford to just give money away.
