My complaint:
I have continued to have issues with my food orders being incorrect. I have addressed with the manager on duty but all they say we are sorry, but nothing changes. The drive through lines are always very slow.
Suggested solution:
Correct the errors in your stores. I have been a Whataburger customer for over 60 years and I have never seen the decline we do now. Don't blame Covid, other stores are delivering great service and food. I travel all over Texas and the stores located in Rockwall (1070 I 30), Terrell,TX-Moore ave, Mesquite,TX ( Beltline rd.) are by far the worst.
The stores in Sulpher Spring, TX , Mineola,TX, Paris ,TX, and Forney,TX--GREAT SERVICE, GREAT FOOD!!. The employees seems act like they enjoy their job. That makes a difference and the out come. Thank you for your time.
