My complaint:
I was told i was fired because a manager claimed i was stealing time from my 30 minute break also he typed in the paperwork i yelled out “F this job i don’t need it anyway” he then went to say how i was being hostile and confrontational with other employees when i have witnesses saying otherwise that i wasn’t i went to the general manager ray about it who wasn’t even aware of the situation he had no idea about what was going on but he still fired me over lies that Dustin typed up about me!!! I would also like to report how other employees don’t even clock out for their breaks they sit on the clock while on break but they made a big deal about me having a 45 minute break and going a few minutes over!!!!
Suggested solution:
They need better management and also need to stop walking around talking to people disrespectfully but expect nobody to say anything back or stick up for themselves and threatening to fire workers for the craziest reasons!!!
