My complaint:

Today 7721 at around 12:25-12:26 I placed an order at Restaurant 858 in Conroe Texas. I placed the order at your drove through and asked for an Apple Cranberry Salad with unsweetened ice tea large, I ordered a Kids Justaburger meal and got everything except for the sugar cookie( I did not get the kids cookie with the order. I ordered another meal and asked for ketchup added to the Pice Whatackn, I paid for my meal and went to get my order, the young woman at the 2nd window was going to hand me 3 drinks and I asked her if she could please get me a drink carrier, she gave me a not so nice look, and then returned with the carrie, but she was kind enough to place the drinks in the carrier and in a bag. She handed me the order and I checked to be sure everything was there and I noticed that the salad I ordered wasn’t included so I asked her where it was. I decided to pull out my receipt and noticed it wasn’t on the list and she asked if I paid for it. I said no, but asked her if I could go ahead and order it since they didn’t place it the first time. She told me I couldn’t order because they don’t have that salad. I saw the salad description on the outside menu and that’s why I ordered it with my original order. He did not tell me that they didn’t have any and he repeated my order including unsweetened ice tea. I wasted money on a drink because the gave me sweet tea which I can’t drink because I am pre-diabetic. It was a very frustrating experience and I even told the girl I hope she has a nice day. In all honest people can read other’s facial and body expressions when dealing with others they need to have professional attitudes when working with the public.

Thank you for your consideration.

Suggested solution:

I live a good distance at least a 30-minute drive from this area. This is an issue that their management should be able to resolve.
