My complaint:

i was to fly out at1535hrs. on ws3356.got an email at 1400hrs. stating my connection from vancouver to las vegas will be missed and i would have to stay in van. overnight. reason operational delay. my original flight was delayed till approx. 1630hrs. at that time i was checked through and boarded my scheduled flight.i was strapped in my seat ready to fly out when i was tapped on the shoulder by a west jet employee asking for my boarding pass. he looked at it and told me i would have to get off the plane. he walked away with no explanation.i then experiienced the most embarrassing few moments of my 68 years on this planet. i retrieved my carry on and proceeded to leave the plane while every person on the plane stared at me like i was some kind of a criminal and what did this idiot do to get punted off the plane.funny thing was i had a boarding pass with an assigned seat, with approx. 8 empty seats including now mine. when i got to the boarding station, the only answer i could get from the west jet employee is i do not know.he then gave me another boarding pass for a later flight and told me i wou ld have to wait another 2.5hrs. and still no explanation.after 5plus hours of sitting and waiting i finally got on another flight to vancouver. still no explanation other than i do not know.after about 1.5 to 2 hours of trying to get a hotel room and track down my luggage that no one seemed to know where it was, i finally got to my hotel with just enough time to eat before the resturant closed,10pm. hotel and food vouchers were great thanks for that. so here i am with 5plus hours of delays to finally get to vancouver and can not connect to las vegas in time to catch my 9am. tee time on a golf course that would not refund my$175 us. which i am sure west jet will honour and compensation for all the unnecessary delays. what happened to me getting kicked off my original flight and the rude behavior by west jet employees left me completely baffled and stressed out. i hope when you review this you will consider what i was put through and compensate me to my satisfaction so i can continue being a westjet flyer and member.thanks you dale kulyk just a point of interest ,all of this was booked on my westjet world elite mastercard
