My complaint:

We decided and therefor paid more money for a direct flight. Due to no flexibility from WJ, missed flight by 10 Minutes, we spent an extra 1 12 days in Van. before take off. Instead of leaving Friday 8.50 am we left on Sunday 11 pm. and were redirected through Mexico City.
Extra cost: Hotel, Transportation, Meals and Cloths.
We are frequent flyers and have experienced delays in the past but didn’t miss any connecting flights.

We would appreciate if WJ would consider monetary compensation.
