Flew from Loreto Mexico flight 2253 on November 19. YWLTSE Ticket 8382166424428 . Flew to Calgary luggage 112 hour wait to get them. Given a new ticket for Edmonton November 20 flight 3229. Filled in the forms and submitted them and my girlfriend filed the same claim for her flight the same but her claim BHEYRU was given credit. Issued her $1000.
