WestJet complaint: regarding tkts

My complaint:

we had been promised two tickets one from Saskatoon to Ottawa return and 1 from Toronto to Ottawa by Touche media who is your Marketing and Promotion Department as per request we added the WestJet logo on all our printed media. This contact was given to me by your customer support desk.
After we sent the letter to him by email I was told our flights would leave on Sunday the 23 of Oct and would return on the 27 of Oct on the late flights as that was all he could do for us. After we had print the Logo on all our printed documents we have not received our documents and we need to be in Ottawa for Monday Morning meeting with members of the committee working on a bill for persons with disability in the work place. We are now in a position to loss everything if we cannot get to Ottawa as promised. Touche media has not answered call text messages or email since the promise was given. We need to be in Ottawa by 8:00 am Monday morning. we need this corrected today. I have tried to attach a file of the letter but it would not except a file download.
