WestJet complaint: LONG HOLD MANAGER HUNG UP ON ME

My complaint:

I FINALLY TOOK THE TWO HOURS TO WAIT ON HOLD WITH WEST JET BECAUSE I AM INTITLED TO BETWEEN 1000-2000 FOR MY FLIGHT THAT WAS CANCELED ON MAY 29TH FROM EDMONTON TO HALIFAX THEN ON TO GANDER. THE PILOT NEVER SHOWED UP AND THEY COULD NOT FIND ME ANY FLIGHTS UNTIL THE DAY OF MY SONS FUNERAL. I HAVENT BEEN WORKING THIS LAST MONTH AND WAS TOLD OF THIS MONIES DUE TO ME AS REQUIRED BY TRANSPORT CANADA AND WEST JETS SITE THEY ARE REQUIRED TO RESPON TO MY CONCERN NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER THE ORIGANAL FLIGHT PLAN. SO I WAIT ON HOLD AROUND 2 HOURS TALK TO A MAN THAT WAS NOT AT ALL HEELPFUL ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANGAGER HE SAID YES PLESE HOLD 2 MIN LATER THE CALL DISCONECTED. REGUARDLESS OF THE AGENT ACCIDENTLY DROPPED MY CALL THEY HAD MY INFO THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME BACK. I’M BAICALLY RELYING ON THIS MONEY FOR RENT THIS MONTH BECAUSE I WAS TOLD UNDER 30 DAYS AND NOW IT HAS BEEN 32 DAYS. I NEED TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON PLEASE

CALL ME BACK OFFER AN EXPLINATION AS TO WHY MY CALL WAS DISSCONECTED, INFORM MY WHY THEY HAVENT REPLIED TO ME WITHIN THE TIME FRAME STATED IN THE TRANSPORT CANADA RULES AND REGULATIONS GUIDE. AND HOPEFULLY GET THE ENTITLED MONEY INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT.
