My complaint:
Baggage number YYC WS 68980 was completely destroyed by WestJet. The package was marked fragile and priority. Instead of placing it on our plane to Calgary and delivering it with us when we arrived, WestJet destroyed it and delivered it 3 days late in horrible condition. We lost $600 worth of fresh fish because of WestJet’s incompetence.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse us $600 for the cost of the package that was destroyed.
