My complaint:

On June 19th my partner travelling with Latam Airlines from Lima Peru with a stop over in Orlando followed by a West jet flight to Toronto. When she arrived the baggage was not on the plane.
After numerous calls each lasting more than two hours before someone answered the phone. I was told someone would contact me and 5 weeks later we have not heard back from them.

Suggested solution:

They should pay for the lost baggage.

1 year ago - I would recommend staying away from from these two airlines right now. They have no real customer service and it takes numerous calls and waits on hold and hang ups after two hours on hold.
