My complaint:
On June 19th my partner travelling with Latam Airlines from Lima Peru with a stop over in Orlando followed by a West jet flight to Toronto. When she arrived the baggage was not on the plane.
After numerous calls each lasting more than two hours before someone answered the phone. I was told someone would contact me and 5 weeks later we have not heard back from them.
Suggested solution:
They should pay for the lost baggage.
