Wendys complaint: Wrong order – multiple times

My complaint:

My last two orders (through Grubhub – which is NOT responsible for the problem) were incorrect.

The beverage on my last order was incorrect. I ordered iced tea and got something which tasted like half iced tea and half fake lemonade.

On BOTH of my last two orders the sandwich was wrong. Both times I ordered the crispy panko fish sandwich. The online menu has a photograph of the sandwich, clearly showing cheese. The online menu lists cheese among the ingredients. My online receipt indicates cheese on the sandwich. The paper receipt lists cheese. But. No cheese either time.

When I order food I expect it be as described in the menu unless I request a change.

Suggested solution:

I would like a written acknowledgement from Wendy's assuring me that they will take a look at this restaurant.
It would be nice if they gave me a coupon for a sandwich and a beverage. One would be enough rather than two.
