My complaint:
The prices on Wendys drive thru board does not reflect new prices so after ordering your food that shows 8.29 on the board for a combo and you are told a total of 10.02, that is either a lot of tax or an overcharge on a price that the customer does not see.
Imagine how many customers they are getting over because of their laziness of changing their board. I almost told them to forget, but I don’t like making the cashier do a void. I wish I had because the fries were cold and looked nothing like the ones on your commercial. I hate cold fries.
Suggested solution:
Fix their board and stop being lazy. The customer should have the choice if they want to spend that extra money not be surprised
