My complaint:
Went to visit this store on 31123 at about 14:00 hours. Placed order then went to find a table and sit down we found that not one table in the store was clean, the floors were absolutely filthy the soda machine looked like it hasn’t been clean in years. In about 10 min our name was called, we went up to the counter to get the order and we were not given our drinkscups. We stood at the counter for 15 min before anyone acknowledged we were there. We finally got the drinks and sat at our table. All 3 of us took one bite of our food and got up threw it away and left, it was cold and undercooked.
Not sure what happened to this place, it used to be a great place to eat, now I wouldn’t bother thinking about eating there. Someone needs to step up and salvage what’s left before its to late or maybe it is.
Suggested solution:
Do what they can to resolve the issues mentioned.
