My complaint:
Ordered burger with reward in cart at restaurant. Server said reward would not work because I wanted a combo. Had to continue to explain I would pay for fries and drink but the burger would be free because I had so many points in the app. She was very rude…very very rude and kept telling me I had to pay full price. Stated she didn’t know what I wanted her to do but that was my problem I finally came in to have this issue resolved. Manager comes over with an attitude but proceeds to finally resolve the issue only to then serve me a un-cooked pink burger (please see photos). I am outdone and needless to say took a couple bites before I realized this. I was sick for 2 days. I want something done or I will be calling my attorney. This is ridiculous and I am not letting this go!!!!
Suggested solution:
I want all my money back and a personal injury settlement check.
