Wendys complaint: Cold/ Old French fries

My complaint:

I went through the drive thru at this Wendy’s about 30 minutes ago and ordered two 5 dollar biggie bags and made them medium. Maria was the cashier. I asked her for fresh hot fries at the window, she did not acknowledge that she heard what i said, so I asked again at the window, still no acknowledgment. We got the food and went back to work with it. I work about 5 minutes away. I sat down to eat almost immediately and saw that my French fries were not fresh and hot warmed over and old. There wasn’t any salt on them, some were brown. These along with the taste were indicators that they were not what I asked for. When I called the restaurant, she wanted to argue with me and talk over me telling me they were fresh! I didn’t argue I just got her name(Sandra) and got on the website to register this complaint. I am not looking to get anything free. I do not appreciate being ignored and not being heard. If she was the manager there, she should be made to go back to management school, because that’s not how you treat the people paying your paycheck. Finally as I mentioned before, I don’t want “free” food, I just want what I asked for and what I paid for and that’s a good fresh product and that should not be a problem. The restaurant is 9910 Southpoint pkwy. I would send a photo, but I already threw them away.

Suggested solution:

They should have given me fresh hot French fries. I had two orders . Medium. So that was enough to drop
