My complaint:

7-1-2022, 2 guests before me and I waited 38 min. To put my order in. No lights on in restaurant, work area or sign, always thought it was closed. Cashier take 1 order and tends to fries, drink cups, in house trays ect… It was 48 min before she took my order. Space is dark and errie. All other workers kept backs turned and after 48 min I never heard not one word out of them. Appeared the cashier was being abused and picking up the slack for all especially the fry cook.

Suggested solution:

being in food service I would like all to man their position, so cashier\'s main job is to take orders one after the other, and after, she can man the fry station and be a team player and do whatever else is needed. I waited way to long to put in an order and get my food.
