My complaint:

The incident happened today at 5:00. The manager was very rude, very ignorant and was screaming at me the customer.
I ordered a meal on Wendy’s app. When it arrived the order only have half of my order. I call immediately to the manager at Wendy’s! She yelled at me and said that she did not know how to refund my money back on my card.

The order came to $20 doordash refunded $11 and the man you told me she did not have to refund the money for the food. The manager at 5:00 p.m. today was very very rude and ignorant. I am the customer and the manager told me I was aggravating her. I told her I’m the one aggravated I paid $20 for no food. Please help me get a refund for the food that I did not get thank you very much.

I need a refund on my food that I did not get. The manager today told me she did not know how to refund money back on to my debit card. She also told me that doordash is supposed to refund all the money. That\'s not true. I talked to doordash and they gave me a refund on the driver. Doordash did not refund me money for food. Please contact that Wendy\'s and talk to the manager that is on the shift right now 6:26 p.m. the manager have no customer service skills. She yelled and yelled then she said I was yelling. I guess she know people heard her yelling at me on the phone. She need to be fired or go through training for customer service.
