Wendys complaint: Incomplete order

My complaint:

This is my 11th attempt to contact Wendys about missing items from my order placed on 7722 and picked up at 6:20 PM same date. After typing this information for the 11th time, I am too upset to do it all over again.
To make it short, the chili, salsa and chips were not included with the vegies which I discovered 15 miles later.

Suggested solution:

I expect the courtesy of an apology and either a free taco salad or a refund of it's cost.
However, I will NEVER make another purchase at Wendys after this experience!
