Wendys complaint: 3rd strike you’re out

My complaint:

1. First time arrived at 10:15 a.m The drivethru window told me they were rebooting their computer and could not serve me breakfast.
2. Second time arrive at 9:00 a.m. asked for special breakfast that was advertised on billboards outside the Restaurant. Was told that some guy came and bought them all.
3. Third time went arrive at 8:00 p.m. Asked if they had the new strawberry frosty. Told no they don’t have those, only choc and vanilla. Ordered one large chocolate and one small chocolate. Told that they could only give me one large because they were all out. I said what about the vanilla and was told the wait would be 20 minutes for them to freeze it

Suggested solution:

Someone needs to call the people that own this Wendy's The service is so bad, please look at others reviews.

I just wanted some products that were advertised and each time no luck. I will be posting this on with the BBB and anyone else I can discourage from attending this terrible place.
