Wendys complaint: Bad experience

My complaint:

We were at Wendy’s to grab some food after a very long day working. We pulled up to the menu board and was told to pull to second window. So we did, where after 5 minutes or more got to the window. The employee unlocked the window and took our order. There was nothing nice about the employee. She took my credit card , signed a few times, ran my card went to give it back to me and i ask for a receipt , she signed again, then walked away and got it. We order two bacon cheese burgers and one order of fries. We continued to wait at the window for 5-10 minutes -When we got our fries they we COLD. When we got our food a different employee gave us our bag, they handed it out the window with their back to us. Not a good look for Wendys.
