My complaint:

I purchased a bacon egg cheese biscuit and french toast sticks (4 pc) I got all the way to work and noticed I was given burnt bacon (black) and no cheese was on my biscuit, I paid for it so I want it fixed correctly. I was given no receipt. I immediately got back in my car and took it back. What was strange is that an hour had passed before I took it back and the lady who passed me my food knew actually what I ordered. So, you know you gave a customer black bacon. not to mention the attitude in that facility is terrible. I wasn’t rude or confrontational I was just hungry and wanted it remade. My food was remade, and I get back to work no cheese. I give up I can’t keep leaving work due to mistakes.

Suggested solution:

I just want to be heard at this point. I will not be going to this wendys again if I can help it. They fixed my order wrong 2 times and the staff have a nasty attitude for no reason. If I can rate Wendys with no stars I would, it's not the food it's the ppl preparing your food.
