My complaint:
Myself and my wife stopped at the drive thru for lunch on the road. My wife ordered a value meal that was priced at $10.99. I ordered 2 double cheese burgers, 2 small fries and a large coke. The small sandwiches and the fries pricing were not even displayed on the menu board? Our total came to $27.14?? The 2 small sandwiches, 2 small fries, and the large coke came to $15.75 before tax??? Needless to say, that will be the last time I patronize your franchise! Your prices are outrageous!! We could have eaten a sit down meal at the Bob Evans 2 buildings away for cheaper than your price! Never again!!!

Unfortunately there is no resolution unless they drop their prices?!
