My complaint:

I ordered a spicy Crispy chicken sandwich combo with pickles on Doordash App and received two slices of bread and pickles without any meat or sauce. My order number is:00002053. When I called to inquire, the staff said my order was no chicken. I went to Doodash to check and saw that the selection page for this order was completely different from the other items. First of all, according to the general customer thinking, such as burger/sandwich orders are the default meat is a fixed option, but the page says that not selected food will not be added chicken breast is also on the list. Secondly, as a customer’s inherent thinking, I admit that I did not realize that the chicken breast, which was a necessary option in the past, was required to choose by myself in this order, which is my problem. However, when I called the staff, he clearly had a strong memory of the order, indicating that it was unusual. After all, normal people don’t spend money on sandwiches with no toppings or meat, just pickles. However, after realizing that there might be a problem with the order, the store staff did not call to ask, or double-check the order through the delivery. When I asked, the staff just told me that I didn’t choose the chicken and said nothing else. This is not the first time the store has been negligent, and on at least three occasions in eight months, the food I bought and received did not match. I have been a loyal customer of Wendy’s for the past six years, and I love bacon burgers and chicken nuggets. Going to Wendy’s three times a week became a part of my life when I was in college. Maybe I will consider other brands in the future.

Suggested solution:

1. Change/Fix the options on the Doordash app to make chicken be a required option that customers can cancel by themselves.
2. Staff training.
3. Giver customer complaint email address.

Don't need compensation because me and my family/friends will never choose Wendys again.
