My complaint:
okay so basically me and two other friends went to food lion to get some baby milk for her baby , we came back and when we pulled up a lady came to our job saying we took her phone when we did not . so we all went back up to view the cameras because this is our job we talking about . so we have evidence of the manger saying he viewed the cameras and it was another lady in front of us who took the phone . we came back up here and shavan however u spell her name the manager daughter told us , she didn’t want us clocking in cause it was to much drama going on so she didn’t want us clocking us in . so from there we left and just went home . i come back to work and one of the 3 was fired for false allegations and sum else . but when it came to clearing my name she wanted to lie and deny everything she told us . and me personally I’m not finna lie on no adult or have no adult lie on me . with that being said it’s a ed rumour of the mangers daughter stealing out of the register multiple times , and also a manger name kim who is constantly harassing me and think it’s kool . I’m not taking no disrespect from nobody when it comes to my name or my money . so could y’all get me HR or somebody to solve this .
Suggested solution:
by firing the mangers who not doing they jobs and be held responsible for targeting other workers so that what they doing cant be seen by anyone .
