My complaint:

I have been waiting over a month for my refund of
£289.99 I have sever crohn’s and I’ve been put through hell calling PayPal Santandar and wayfair
The bank has said the payment bounced back to wayfair using the ARN number to trace this
I told the wayfair adviser not to refund a closed account but she did anyway now my money is nowhere to be seen
I’m so unwell with all this I even have a letter from the bank stating it bounced back as that account is closed but wayfair is still refusing to refund me knowing fair well I haven’t received any refund yet

Please please help me I even gave them my new account as they asked and still received nothing
