My complaint:
I live in a flat six floors up. Your delivery company left a bed i had ordered in reception for me to carry up 6 flights on my own! I chased after the delivery van and the two boys were laughing at me as they said (without masks on) we can’t come into flats because of COVID. When I contacted the delivery coordinator (mobile number 07450058021) he refused to answer his phone and eventually texted me saying he didn’t know what the problem was.
Suggested solution:
Change your delivery company. They were rude, unhelpful and changed the delivery date twice, plus have no consideration for their customers.
