My complaint:

I ordered a fire pit on 29th November and the amount came out of my account straight away. I then got an email advising that the order was still in my basket did I want it. I telephoned Wayfair to be told that my order had not gone through even though they had taken the money. I then re-ordered it but was told that I had to pay for it again. I was then assured that my money would be returned within a day. That was over a week ago. I have since contact customer services and was told that my complaint would be forwarded to the finance department and I would hear within a day. Guess what that was 2 days ago and no response. DO NOT SHOP WITH WAYFAIR
