My complaint:
I tried to order a Viviana sofa in grey more than a week ago. I was constantly told that the order would be honoured, and there was just a problem with the system. I have wasted a week on this order, and it is clear that the product is not available. Why not tell me? Now I have ordered from a different company, and if the money you took isn’t refunded you are in deep trouble!
